  • Melania Trump and President Donald Trump commemorated the 70th anniversary of the Korean War
  • The First Lady was stunning in her polka dot dress at the Korean War Veterans Memorial
  • The FLOTUS fired back at John Henson for joking about Barron

Melania Trump was stunning on her recent outing with her husband, President Donald Trump.

On Thursday (June 25), the POTUS and FLOTUS stepped out together to mark the 70th anniversary of the Korean War. President Trump laid a wreath at the Korean War Veterans Memorial in Washington D.C. to mark the event.

The president saluted while the first lady stood with her hand over her heart when the trumpeter played “Taps.” The first couple went on and greeted the elderly Korean War veterans.

Based on the photos from Daily Mail, Melania looked gorgeous in her black and white polka dot dress by Rosetta Getty. The first lady paired it with white high heels. Meanwhile, the president opted for a black suit with red tie.

The first couple and the other guests did not wear masks, but they stayed a few feet away from each other and didn't shake hands.

The White House shared a snap of the first couple from the event. In the snap, Melania and Trump looked at each other as they laid the wreath.

“The President and First Lady participated in a wreath-laying ceremony and greeted veterans at the Korean War Memorial this morning,” the White House wrote.

“I love the way they look at each other,” one commented on the photo.

“Me too. Sure is true love!!” @bjslama added.

“She loves him so much, you can see it on the way she looks at him! So lovingly, So sweet to see, thank you! Thank you @POTUS & @FLOTUS for remembering my dad and all the men & women from the Korean War!” @JaniceAB1 opined.

Meanwhile, Melania recently fired back at John Henson for joking about her son, Barron, on Father’s Day. In a now-deleted tweet, Henson wrote, “I hope Barron gets to spend today with whoever his dad is.”

“Sadly we continue to see inappropriate and insensitive comments about (President Donald Trump's) son. As with every other administration, a minor child should be off-limits and allowed to grow up with no judgment or hate from strangers and the media,” Melania’s spokesperson said in a statement issued to Daily Caller.

In another tweet, the Food Network host said that “the joke was aimed at Trump and the mere mention of Barron’s name doesn’t mean it’s at his expense.”
