Melania Trump’s Visit To Children Just A Photo Op To Distract Impeachment

Melania Trump’s visit to children was just a photo op.

Melania has made various public and official appearances as the first lady of the United States. However, some believe that her engagements are just for photo ops.

On Wednesday, Melania visited the children at the Salvation Army Clapton Center in London.

The White House shared snaps of the FLOTUS with the children. For the visit, Melania joined the U.S. Marines and was photographed wrapping donated gifts, assembling wreaths and presenting the special ornaments to the children. But not everyone was impressed.

One social media user questioned why American taxpayers pay Melania to fly to London for a staged photo op before adding that he’s had enough of the FLOTUS. Another said that it’s the same thing they paid for any first lady photo op because the press follows them all the time.

“White applauses for the White FLOTUS that’s taking advantage of a photo op to distract from impeachment. I doubt these people would offer an accolade to any of the real work accomplished by Michelle. Teach Be Best at home, that’s where it’s most needed,” another Twitter user commented.

Ricky Davila added that Melania doesn’t care about anyone else’s children and only visit kids for another photo op. He also called the the FLOTUS “fake,” “racist” and “birther.”

Meanwhile, some wondered if Melania have visited the children in cages. Another directly encouraged her to spend time with those kids since they will be spending their Christmas without their moms and dads.

Many also called Melania a “racist birther” when she reacted and defended her son Barron after Pamela Karlan mentioned his name. According to a netizen, the FLOTUS did not think of Sasha and Malia Obama when she spread hateful birther lies about their father Barack Obama, the former U.S. president.

Some also defended Karlan by saying that she never attacked Melania’s son, it was just a play on words. He was not harmed unlike the children that her husband allegedly locked in cages. They added that Karlan already apologized for it.
