Miley Cyrus has shot down rumors that her cleavage is a result of plastic surgery and has said her bust is all natural.

Thank you for the compliment, but these babies are all mine, the former Disney star noted in a tweet. I wish they'd realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!

Cyrus stepped out with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth on Sunday at the 'CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute' in Los Angeles, wearing a yellow Roberto Cavalli dress with a plunging neckline that showcased her apparently larger bosom.

At least three plastic surgery experts have told Star Magazine that the 19-year-old singer may have had breast implants.

It looks like she has had them done, Dr. Tahl Humes of Vitahl Medical Aesthetics reportedly told the magazine. If you look at the volume, it appears she has had a breast augmentation... Whoever did them did a very good job.

And hammer her point home the singer noted: HA! Yeah! And I'm 19! she added. BOOBS GROW, PEOPLE!
