Miley Cyrus Displays Liam Hemsworth Engagement Ring, Shows Off PDA Amid Breakup, Pregnancy Rumors

Over the last few months, Liam Hemsworth has been quashing rumors about his engagement with Miley Cyrus, but on Tuesday the two reignited romance rumors after they were spotted on a dinner date. Cyrus once again displayed her $100,000 3.5-carat Neil Lane sparkler that her former fiancé gave her back in 2012.

Cyrus and Hemsworth were seen holding hands while leaving Soho House in New York City Tuesday evening. The two called off their engagement in 2013, but rumors surfaced that they rekindled their romance last December after the singer spent Christmas with the “Hunger Games” actor and his family in Australia. Rumors heated up after Cyrus was spotted on several occasions wearing the same engagement ring that Hemsworth had given her.

On Tuesday, Cyrus wore a pair of colorful high-waisted trousers with a black top and denim jacket, while the big rock sparkled on her left hand, People magazine reported. Hemsworth wore a maroon jacket with black slacks during his outing with Cyrus.

In May, Hemsworth had responded to rumors about his engagement with Cyrus, telling GQ Australia that fans and followers are smart enough to figure out his current relationship status.

"People will figure it out, they already have ... They're not dumb," he said of his reconciliation with the "The Voice" coach.

"I guess when I feel something, then I just feel it and I go for it," Hemsworth told GQ of Cyrus. "I make my decisions about what's going to make me happy, what I think is right and what I want to do — and I don't worry too much outside of that."

Last month, rumors surfaced that Cyrus is pregnant with the 26-year-old actor's child. While the ex-couple did not respond to the pregnancy rumors, a report also alleged that Hemsworth ended his relationship with the "Wrecking Ball" singer right before they were going to get married.

“He realized that he’s not ready to settle down and that Miley really isn’t the one, so he recently dumped her, just days before the wedding,” Life & Style magazine reported, citing a source. “She’s heartbroken, but pissed off, too.” The magazine also said that Hemsworth cheated on Cyrus with a “gorgeous” model.

In March, Hemsworth told Australia's TV Week that he was "not engaged" to Cyrus.
