Miley Cyrus Teases ‘The Tonight Show‘ Appearance Amid July Wedding Rumors With Liam Hemsworth
Miley Cyrus appears to be so enthusiastic about her guest appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” that she’s posted a bunch of teasers on social media to promote it. Cyrus’ guesting comes amid a new rumor claiming she’s set to marry Liam Hemsworth this July.
On Wednesday, Cyrus started teasing about her guesting on the NBC late-night talk show by sharing an edited photo of her and Fallon. She announced in the caption that she’s taking over Fallon’s show and revealed that they are going to do some ridiculous stuff on Wednesday night’s episode.
In a follow-up, Cyrus posted a snap she took backstage of the talk show’s set. She donned a large panda suit in the photo, but she didn’t share why she’s wearing it. A few minutes later, the “Hannah Montana” actress updated her Instagram by uploading a picture taken while she’s strolling the streets outside NBC. She once again stated in the caption that she’s taking over Fallon’s show tonight.

For Cyrus’ final teaser, she came up with a creative way to announce her guesting to her fans. The actress-singer apparently created a short clip with flowers and handwritten signs to spread the word that “Miley Cyrus is taking over ‘The Tonight Show’ [with] comedy, music and a few surprises!” She used the hashtags “#Malibu” and “#Inspired,” so it’s obvious that she’s performing her new songs on the show.
Meanwhile, there’s been a new report claiming that Cyrus and fiancé Hemsworth are planning to go on a romantic getaway on the Independence Day holiday this July 4. During the vacation, the 27-year-old Australian hunk and the 24-year-old pop singer will reportedly tie the knot, according to The Sun. The publication claimed that it got the information from a source of Australia’s NW magazine.
“Miley’s always loved the idea of a spontaneous Las Vegas wedding. Right now, the plan is to tie the knot on July 4, with just a few close friends and family,” the source was quoted as saying.
Cyrus and Hemsworth have yet to confirm the news report. The two originally got engaged in 2012, but their wedding plans were scrapped after their split in 2013. In 2016, the Hollywood stars rekindled their romance, and Cyrus has since confirmed that their plan to wed is back on.
