Miley Cyrus: Wearing Engagement Ring Again After Rumored Split [PHOTO]

Just days after reports that she had split with fiancé Liam Hemsworth, singer/actress Miley Cyrus tweeted a picture in which she once again wore her engagement ring.

Cyrus posted the photo to her popular Twitter page on Tuesday night, allowing her 11.5 million followers to breathe a sigh of relief over the fate of the celebrity super couple. In the photo, the top-selling pop singer can be seen sporting a unicorn onesie, her massive diamond engagement ring prominently featured. The couple has been engaged since June 2012.

News of the couple’s apparent split broke on March 6, when Cyrus was first spotted without her engagement ring. The rumors intensified last week, when several outlets reported that Cyrus and Hemsworth, an actor, had broken off their engagement.

“Miley and Liam are done; it’s over. She likes to party really hard and can be pretty wild. It became a problem for him,” a source told New York Post’s Page Six.

“They have broken up before and are broken up again now. There was drama, because she suspected he had a wandering eye. And she recently tweeted a denial that he cheated. While Miley has insisted they are still together, right now they are very, very much apart,” a second source added.

Hemsworth, who appeared in the 2012 smash hit “The Hunger Games,” allegedly flew to Australia to be with family during the trying time. Meanwhile, Cyrus has been in Los Angeles, working obsessively on her new album.

“I can’t sleep,” she wrote on Twitter yesterday. “Got my record on repeat.”

While Cyrus’ engagement ring Twitter picture should end rumors about her relationship in the short term, fans will be watching the notoriously emotional couple for any new signs of relationship strain.
