‘A Million Little Things’ Season 2 Episode 4 Synopsis, What Happens In ‘The Perfect Storm?’

Jon’s past mysteries may have been solved, but his secrets aren’t the only ones that are threatening everything for the loved ones he left behind, as some other issues emerge which threaten everything on the newest episode of “A Million Little Things.”

Katherine (Grace Park) and Eddie (David Giuntoli) have officially begun trying to work past their problems following the revelation that he was the one who fathered Delilah’s (Stephanie Szostak) new daughter, Charlie. However, any improvements they’ve made could go right out the window in Season 2, Episode 4, “The Perfect Storm.”

“Eddie realizes how much he wants to be a part of Charlie’s life as Katherine makes a decision about her and Eddie’s relationship,” a synopsis for the episode reveals.

If Katherine decides to try and give their marriage another chance again, realizing he wants to be involved in his daughter’s life as a dad, instead of keeping the charade that she is Jon’s child alive, could throw a huge wrench in the marriage he wants to save. However, even if Katherine decides to proceed with a divorce because she can’t get past all of the secrets and lies from the past, wanting a bigger role in Charlie’s life comes with major implications because revealing the truth to all of their kids could prove catastrophic as well.

Meanwhile, Maggie (Allison Miller) will continue struggling with her mother’s (Melora Hardin) arrival in town, which has been complicated by her seeing her with Eric (Jason Ritter) at a bar, and assuming that the younger man is a boy toy her mother is now dating since she is leaving her dad. However, following Eric’s attendance at breakfast with her and Gary (James Roday), Maggie could find out she was very wrong about the man’s identity—but the truth may be even worse than she expected.

“Maggie is shocked to learn Eric’s true identity,” the synopsis states.

Will Maggie be able to overcome the truth about her mother and Eric’s relationship, or will it force her to rethink everything about her life—including her relationship with Gary—as a result?

“A Million Little Things” airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. EDT on ABC.
