Mitchel Musso, AKA Oliver Oken, Arrested for Drunk Driving

American singer and actor Mitchel Musso (also known as Oliver Oken on Disney's Hannah Montana) was arrested in California on Monday morning, for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI).

The 20-year-old Disney star was arrested by law enforcement officials after he failed to slow down to police instructions, at the site of an unrelated accident in Burbank.

According to TMZ, the police moved towards Musso's 2007 black Mercedes Benz and noticed a strong odor of alcohol.

Musso was given a field sobriety test in which he performed poorly.

According to the TMZ report, law enforcement sources were quoted as saying that Musso was given a breathalyzer test and blew WELL ABOVE .08 also the legal limit (for the consumption of alcohol) in CA (is) 21.

Musso was charged for suspicion of DUI and was taken to a nearby station. His bail was set for $5,000. However, he was released from custody a few hours later, on his own recognizance.

This is not the first time that a Disney star has been arrested. Earlier, former Disney stars Lindsay Lohan, Shia LeBeouf and Britney Spears were all put behind bars. Musso's arrest places him their ranks.
