Mlais is a Chinese smartphone brand. It may not be a famous brand but it is fast gaining recognition -- not only in China but also in its target markets like the U.S. and Britain. The Mlais MX and the Mlais M7 are the two smartphones that were released recently by the firm.

Mlais kept the pricing of the two devices secret before officially unveiling it. The company even launched a contest on its official Facebook account to have users guess the pricing of the two phones. Here are some details on the two models:

Mlais MX: Specifications And Pricing

The Mlais MX comes with a 5-inch display supporting HD resolution. Under its hood lies a MediaTek MT6735 chipset, which contains a 64-bit quad-core CPU clocking at 1.3 GHz. The SoC comes with support for 2 GB of RAM.

The internal storage of Mlais MX is 16 GB and users can add 64 GB of microSD. Other features of the handset include Android 5.0 Lollipop, dual-SIM support, 4G LTE connectivity, 13 MP camera on its rear and 8 MP frontal camera. The best feature is the massive 4800 mAh battery. The pre-order price of the Mlais MX is $139. Upon its launch, it will carry a price tag of $149.

Mlais M7: Specifications And Pricing

The dual-SIM enabled Mlais M7 is a huge smartphone. It comes with a 5.5-inch screen that brings support for HD resolution. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6752 chipset that comprises a 64-bit octa-core processor that can record a clocking speed of 1.7 GHz, along with Mali-T760 graphics. The device also features 3 GB of RAM.

Its native storage is 16 GB and it supports microSD card of up to 64 GB capacity. The USP of the device is the fingerprint sensor slotted below the rear shooter of 16 MP. It comes with a 5 MP front-facing camera.

The device is shipped with Android 5.0 Lollipop and it supports 4G LTE connectivity. It is packed with a 2,600 mAh battery. Interested buyers can pre-order it for $189 through Gear Best and Tiny Deal. The Facebook page of Mlais claims that the handset will be launched in the market for $199.
