Molly Shannon opened up about the sexual assault she allegedly experienced at the hands of Gary Coleman.

Shannon, 57, appeared on "The Howard Stern Show," and opened up about how the "Diff'rent Strokes" star sexually harassed her. She recalled signing with Coleman's agent and being offered the chance to meet him.

According to the "White Lotus" star, she got invited to his penthouse hotel room along with their shared agent. However, his mood changed when they were left alone.

"I think he was like, ‘Sit down [on the bed].’ It was very sweet," Shannon was quoted by People as saying. "And then he’s, like, tickling me a little. This and that."

Shannon said she tried to be polite and told Coleman she was "a virgin." She also turned down his advances several times, but he only became more aggressive.

"He was relentless," Shannon shared. "Then, he was like trying to kiss me and get on top and I was like, ‘No, Gary. Stop.’ So, I push him off. Then, I would get off the bed. Then, he would bounce on the bed. Jump, jump, jump. And wrap himself around me. Then, I would fling him off. And then he got on top of me. I guess because of his size I didn’t feel physically threatened."

She continued, "But … it was going on and on. Repeating. I would throw him off, he would get back on. And then finally, I throw him off. I was really getting out of breath because it was athletic and aerobic."

According to Shannon, he grabbed onto her leg, and she kicked him off. She locked herself in the bathroom, and he allegedly stuck his hands under the door and told her, "I can see you."

When she had the chance, Shannon "sprinted out" of the room and told her agent to "watch" Coleman better. Looking back, she wished she had stood up for herself.

"I wish I could have stood up for myself more," she added.

People reached out to Coleman's representative for comment but did not get a response.

The former child star died in 2010 at 42, after suffering an intracranial hemorrhage at his home. He was taken to Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, where he passed away after enduring several medical problems. Coleman had several operations, a seizure and transplants. He also battled a lifelong kidney condition that stunted his growth.

Shannon also detailed the alleged sexual assault incident in her new memoir "Hello, Molly!" which hit bookshelves on Tuesday.
