Mom-Son Drug Kiss: Kimberly Margeson Allegedly Used Open-Mouthed Kiss To Give Son William Partridge Oxycodone [PHOTO]
An upstate New York mom was arrested after she allegedly passed drugs to her incarcerated son through an open-mouth kiss during a prison visit.
Kimberly Margeson, 54, of Penn Yan, N.Y., was arrested on criminal sale of a controlled substance and promoting prison contraband charges after the alleged incident at the Yates County Jail, according to documents obtained by the Smoking Gun.
“Investigation revealed that ... Kimberly put Oxycodone pills (a Narcotic) into her mouth and brought them into the jail when she visited her son William Partridge who is an inmate,” the police report stated. “Margeson then passed the Oxycodone from her mouth to her sons mouth when she kissed him [sic].”
The 54-year-old mother was arraigned in an upstate New York courtroom. She pleaded not guilty and was released after posting $2,000 bail, according to the New York Daily News.
Partridge was also arrested for the kissing incident and faces promoting prison contraband charges. His arraignment is scheduled for Monday.
The police report does not indicate whether the mom and son used their tongues during the kiss. The drugs were apparently for Patridge’s personal use, according to the Smoking Gun.
Patridge is locked up in the Yates County Jail on a felony weapon possession charge, the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle reported.
