MTV 'Siesta Key' Spoilers: One Cast Surprising Exit, Two Dramatic Entrances

As if Season 3 of "Siesta Key" wasn't dramatic enough already, it's about to get taken up a notch.

As a reminder, episode 4 of the MTV show left off with Cara Geswelli being driven away in a separate boat after a fight erupted between her and Alex Kompothecras over rumors that she allegedly cheated on her boyfriend at the time, Garret Miller. Turns out, that was the final straw for the New Jersey native. In the preview clip for episode 5, Maddison Hausberg reveals it may have been the last time fans see Cara.

"I just got off the phone with Cara," she tells fellow "Siesta Key" cast member Amanda Miller. "She's leaving Siesta Key."

One dramatic exit makes way for a dramatic entrance, however, when fans are finally introduced to Alex's new girlfriend, Alyssa Salerno, who, of course, appears to have some drama with his ex, Juliette Porter.

"Me and Alex have so much fun together," Alyssa says as she attempts to rub her new relationship in Juliette's face.

In addition to viewers meeting Alyssa, they will also be introduced to Jake, a dark-haired hottie who catches the eye of "Siesta Key" star Kelsey Owens. It seems things start off a bit hostile for Jake, though.

"You're gonna get punched in the [expletive] mouth if you keep this [expletive] up," Alex threatens.
