Fashion was high at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards Sunday with stars like Kim Kardashian, Britney Spears and Selena Gomez dazzling the red carpet with their stunning gowns and dresses.

All the rock divas and music stars vied with each other for the unofficial red carpet queen title.

While reality star Kardashian was dressed in a plunging-V neckline gown from Kaufman Franco, Beyonce was gorgeously draped down in a long orange gown by Lanvin. Later, the star arrived onstage in an elegant Dolce and Gabbana creation.

Other notable attractions included singer Miley Cyrus clad in a long-sleeved dress by Roberto Cavalli and Katy Perry in an Asian-inspired ensemble.

Besides this, Nickelodeon actress Victoria Justice made heads turn with her gold sequined dress by Theory and Rock & Republic shoes.
