On Monday, some of the most popular stars in music will gather at the Prudential Center in New Jersey for the 2019 MTV Video Music Award. The night of music will be filled with epic moments, unforgettable performances and, of course, awards.

The 2019 MTV VMAs will air Monday, at 8 p.m. EDT on MTV. However, the show will also be broadcast across several Viacom networks including, MTV2, BET, VH1, CMT, Comedy Central, Logo TV, Paramount Network and more.

Music lovers, who are unable to watch the ceremony on TV, can live stream the MTV Video Music Awards at MTV.com

Fans can also catch their favorite stars hitting the red carpet during the MTV Pre-Show at 7 p.m. EDT on MTV. Nessa, Terrence J, and special correspondent, Zara Larsson will be on hand to interview the stars ahead of the big event.

However, fashion won’t be the only thing to hit the red carpet. Megan Thee Stallion, Ava Max, and other artists are expected to perform ahead of the award ceremony.

Ariana Grande and Swift are tied for the most nominations of the night with 10 nods each. The singers are trailed by Lil Nas X, Cardi B, Jonas Brothers, and Billie Eilish, who have all earned eight nominations.

Fans can also expect a performance from Swift, who will open the show with some of her hit songs. This year, actor and comedian, Sebastian Maniscalco has been tapped to host the MTV VMAs.

One of the biggest awards of the evening will go to Missy Elliott. The artist will be honored with this year’s Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Along with accepting the award, Elliot is expected to hit the stage and perform some of her greatest hits.

However, the musician won’t be the only person recognized for their accomplishments. Marc Jacobs will be receiving MTV’s inaugural Fashion Trailblazer Award.

“Jacobs and music are inextricably linked, from tapping Cher and Missy Elliott for his ad campaigns, to dressing fashion icons Lady Gaga, Cardi B and Nicki Minaj,” a statement from MTV read.

“With a legacy that spans over three decades, Jacobs is a preeminent figure in fashion and music, perfectly embodying the spirit of the Fashion Trailblazer Award.”

Don’t miss a moment of the action when the 2019 MTV VMAs airs Monday night on MTV.
