‘My Hero Academia’ Chapter 278 Spoilers: Class 1-A Assemble!

The Paranormal Liberation War Arc is at its peak with the evil forces closing in and heroes desperately trying to stop them. "My Hero Academia" Chapter 278 is set to shift the focus away from Shigaraki, Endeavor, Izuku Midoriya, and Bakugo. The manga returns after a one-week break due to the coronavirus threat.

The heroes are struggling to contain the threat of Shigaraki and his army. Shigaraki’s trusted ally Gigantomachia will be the center of attention in "My Hero Academia" Chapter 278. Twitter user Ground Beta Leaks shared the summary of the upcoming manga chapter.

Toward the end of the last chapter, it was teased that the next chapter will revolve around Mt. Lady and Gigantomachia’s battle.

In the new chapter, Atsuhiro Sako (Mr. Compress) asks Shuichi Iguchi (Spinner) about his situation. Spinner tells him that he was grabbed and thrown on Gigantomachia’s back. Meanwhile, Mt. Lady is seen in hand-to-hand combat mode against Gigantomachia. As the giant villain tries to pin down Mt. Lady, he announces that he will see Shigaraki soon.

In the meantime, Geten (Iceman) blasts heroes with a giant wave of ice. He prepares for a bigger attack and Ken Ishiyama (Cementoss), a Pro Hero, uses his Quirk to create a barrier between Geten’s ice attack and other heroes.

Elsewhere, Shinya Kamihara (Edgeshot) and Rikiya Yotsubashi (Re-Destro) are fighting. Edgeshot uses his Quirk to unravel Re-Destro, however, the latter manages to come out of it unharmed.

Meanwhile, a Paranormal Liberation Army soldier announces that they must follow Gigantomachia as the world needs its salvation. Another panel from "My Hero Academia" Chapter 278 shows Gigantomachia dragging Mt. Lady, who is tied up and remains in a bad shape. Jirou informs other heroes about the arrival of Gigantomachia. Toward the end of the chapter, the heroes from Class 1-A will get ready to face the Paranormal Liberation Army.
