‘My Hero Academia’ Chapter 309 Spoilers, Release Date: Deku And Muscular’s Battle Continues

After saving Yo Shindo, Deku goes after Muscular who is going berserk and destroying everything that is coming his way. "My Hero Academia" Chapter 309 showcases Deku’s attempts to stop Muscular.

Twitter user Aitaikimochi shared the preview for "My Hero Academia" Chapter 309 along with manga creator Kohei Horikoshi’s message after Chapter 308 got postponed.

“Deku still continues on alone, but what exactly will happen during that time...!?” read the preview for "My Hero Academia" Chapter 309.

Like a lone wolf, Deku is fighting the villains. Toward the end of "My Hero Academia" Chapter 308, Deku could figure Muscular’s weak spot and how Shindo’s attack exposed it.

In "My Hero Academia" Chapter 309, Deku is likely going to finish the battle against Muscular. However, he still wants to know why the villain is going wild and attacking others.

In the previous chapter, Muscular leaves no stone unturned to provoke Deku and go full power in the battle.

After seeing Deku, Muscular gets excited as he finally gets a worthy opponent. Muscular tells Deku how these heroes (referring to Shindo and the others) don’t measure up. He adds he is not seeking revenge or anything dramatic. All he wants is to have fun. Muscular jumps toward Deku, but the latter notes his jump isn’t high enough. He crashes into the building and completely destroys it.

Meanwhile, Deku drags Shindo out of the rubble and brings him to Tatami. He asks her to give him first aid. Tatami is angry with Shindo for attempting to fight a villain like Muscular alone.

Tatami is unable to see Deku through the smoke but she can recognize his voice. Deku notes he is losing control over his powers.

Meanwhile, a One For All user appears in his thoughts and reminds him how the influence of One For All has opened the floodgates. He tells Deku the power has been built across eight generations of the quirk’s users.

Deku learns how he is feeling the heat of the power because he is the ninth user. The One For All user guides Deku to relax and use the powers as tools and approach the issues strategically.

Later, Deku uses the seventh user’s Float and the sixth’s Smokescreen to limit Muscular’s visibility. The fourth user’s Danger Sense is allowing Deku to read the opponent’s moves and the fifth’s Blackwhip is used to restrain the enemy.

The new chapter is likely going to show Deku using One For All in a more controlled way.
