'Nashville' Season 3 Spoilers: Episode 11 Synopsis, Photos And Video Released
“Nashville” Season 3 will return in February, but it will pick up right where Rayna (Connie Britton) left off in the midseason finale. Episode 11 will start off just minutes after Rayna broke up with Luke (Will Chase) on the morning of their wedding, with the would-be groom not taking the news too well, according to the latest episode synopsis.
He “is not going quietly,” the synopsis said -- so you can expect him to do a lot more than kick over a couple chairs. We received a sneak peek of the episode, and Luke’s reaction even gets a little violent.
Even Rayna’s daughters don’t take the news well at first. But Maddie (Lennon Stella) might find a bright side eventually. After all, she was forbidden from dating Luke’s son because of Luke and Rayna’s engagement.
Rayna’s breakup, while public and painful, is still better than Sadie’s (Laura Benanti) with her abusive ex. After being punched in the finale, Sadie “tries to take control of her own problems with her ex by buying a gun.”
Meanwhile, newlyweds Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) and Avery (Jonathan Jackson) will be celebrating their wedding, but they’ll “adjust to married life with a few bumps along the way,” the synopsis teases. Don’t expect the drama to be too intense, though. It looks like this pair will provide the comic relief on “Nashville” Season 3 for a while longer.
Gunnar (Sam Palladio) will be busy as he continues his fight for custody of Micah (Gunnar Sizemore). However, that fight will be a lot harder now that the DNA test results have been revealed. Before the hiatus, fans learned that Gunnar is actually Micah’s uncle, and his dead brother was the father. The court knows this -- but Micah doesn’t.
Deacon will also keep some secrets after he makes shocking discoveries. The doctor in episode 10 said that it seemed like he had liver cancer, but they needed to run tests. He’ll find out his test results in episode 11, and he’ll know how likely it is that he’ll survive. However, just because he knows doesn’t mean he’ll tell Rayna.
