Taking place on Friday, May 5, National Hoagie Day will celebrate all kinds of delicious sandwiches, no matter what it’s called in each individual city. The sandwich will be celebrated in all of its glory at several delis and sandwich shops around the country, with deals for free and discounted sandwiches of all kinds. Blimpie: Join the Blimpie eClub to get a free regular sub with the purchase of a regular sub and a regular drink

Subway: Subway offers a new foot long sandwich meal for $6.00 every day at participating locations, and National Hoagie Day is no different. Friday’s offered sandwich is Tuna.

Togo’s: This West Coast chain (restaurants are located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado and Arizona), has a $6.50 daily deal every day, including on National Hoagie Day.
