National Siblings Day 2017: 9 Sets Of Celebrity Brothers and Sisters
Though success in Hollywood is a difficult thing to achieve, these families make it look easy. There are many famous siblings in the entertainment industry, and since April 10 is national siblings day, there is no better time to check out a few of our favorite celeb brothers and sisters.
Nikki Bella and Brie Bella — These twins have plenty in common. They launched their WWE careers together and have an E! reality show, “Total Bellas.” Brie married wrestler Daniel Bryan in 2014 and Nikki will soon be a married woman too. She and John Cena recently got engaged.
Beyoncé and Solange — Talent runs in this family of fierce females. Beyoncé released “Lemonade” last year while Solange released her third album “A Seat at the Table,” and both went to the top of the charts. They’re the first sisters to ever have separate No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 chart during the same calendar year.
Miley Cyrus and Noah Cyrus — Miley has obviously been a pop culture staple for years now, but another family member is stepping into the spotlight. Noah Cyrus released her first single “Make Me (Cry)” in November, and her debut album is expected later this year.
Lily Allen and Alfie Allen — The “Sheezus” singer is related to a “Game of Thrones” star. While Lily rocks the mic, Alfie is usually seen in front of the camera as Theon Greyjoy.
Jussie Smollett and Jurnee Smollett-Bell — These two siblings have two hit TV shows. Jussie Smollett is better known as Jamal Lyon on Fox’s “Empire.” Jurnee Smollett-Bell has tons of credits from “Full House” to “True Blood,” but she can currently be seen on WGN America’s “Underground.” Jussie guest starred on the historical drama last year.
Vanessa Marano and Laura Marano — “Switched at Birth” star Vanessa Marano is not the only one working for Disney (which owns Freeform). Her sister Laura starred in Disney Channel’s “Austin and Ally” for over four years.
Tracee Ellis Ross and Evan Ross — This is definitely a Hollywood family. Tracee stars on ABC’s “Black-ish” while Evan, who is married to Ashlee Simpson, had a role in “The Hunger Games” franchise. Their mother is legendary singer Diana Ross.
Bella and Gigi Hadid — These sisters are both models, following in the footsteps of their mother, Yolanda Foster. Fun fact: both sisters go by nicknames. Bella was born Isabella Khair Hadid while Gigi’s birth name is Jelena Noura Hadid.
Britney and Jamie Lynn Spears — These sisters have shared the limelight for years. Currently, Britney is still performing in Las Vegas while little sister Jamie Lynn launches a career in country music.
