The Utah Jazz was picked as one of the teams to watch this 2018-19 NBA season, seeing how well they fared in the 2018 NBA Western Conference playoffs. But it seems that the current mix has not been performing up to par, leading to some suggesting personnel changes moving forward.

There are a lot of names in the market being suggested to beef up the team. And the latest to be mentioned are a couple of players from the Atlanta Hawks, Jeremy Lin and Kent Bazemore. Marc Stein believes that the Jazz could do well with these players, who can help improve their shooting woes. The Jazz offensive sock leaves a lot to be desired, and these are two players who could give them a boost.

Bazemore is no stranger to trade talks as he has been mentioned numerous times in the past days. In a previous article, the 29-year-old was linked to the New Orleans Pelicans as a possible target before the February trade deadline.

As far as Jeremy Lin is concerned, his sudden entry into the fray pops up because he has been shooting well. The American-Asian cager is shooting 53.7-percent off drives and 54.6 from the field. He could ultimately solve the poor offense of the Jazz (47.3-percent off drives) and aid Donovan Mitchell, who remains the team's only consistent threat.

Assuming this is the road Utah would go, they will have to move some assets. Ricky Rubio, Thabo Sefolosha and Dante Exum. The suggested scenario would include the Pelicans, where Rubio and Sefolosha could end up.

This scenario seems credible only that it should be taken lightly for now. Bazemore, if ever, is likely to be dealt by the Hawks to a team through a deal that makes sense. As for Lin, there are questions that need to be addressed as well.

At the top of the list is his health. Through the years, Lin has had a knack of having stellar games only to see it fall short due to an injury. Last year while he was still with the Brooklyn Nets, Lin dealt with hamstring and knee injuries forcing him to miss the remainder of the 2017-18 NBA season.

Since being traded to the Hawks last July 13, 2018, Lin has played in 26 of the 31 games averaging 10.8 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 3.1 assists in about 18 minutes of action per outing. He has played more games compared to his time with the Nets where he played only 37 games in total.
