With the wedding celebrations behind them, Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) and Kensi (Daniela Ruah) will head back to work in “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 10, episode 18. While they have another case to solve, the team will also have to deal with Special Prosecutor John Rogers’ (Peter Jacobson) mandatory performance review.

The antagonistic, but funny relationship between Rogers and the team will continue in the next episode. A preview video shows how the special prosecutor plans to control the chaos in the department with a new step that involves one to one meetings with each team member.

The special prosecutor will do a performance review of the team, starting with Deeks. The team, as always, do their best to ignore Rogers when he calls them, but Olsen’s character can’t refuse a good “yoohoo,” which he calls an “appropriate catcall.”

The team feels the mandatory performance review is a joke, but they stop laughing when they learn that this is going to be a normal practice going forward, and there will be a one on one review meeting every quarter from now on.

While Deeks will be forced to take the one on one performance review meeting with Rogers, the team will investigate a new case. The case in “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 10, episode 18 will be about a Russian plot to steal intelligence from the Department of Defense.

According to the official plot synopsis, Andre Martinez (Delon de Metz) will get involved in the Russian plot. A sneak peek scene from the next episode shows Sydney (Ashley Rae Spillers) asking her sister to help her high school crush.

People are out to murder Martinez, and he needs help in order to survive. More stills from the next episode and the official synopsis have been posted on YouTube.

“NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 10, episode 18 will air this Sunday, at 9 p.m. ET on CBS Television Network.
