Is ‘NCIS’ On Tonight? Season 17, Episode 6 Air Date Revealed

There’s no new case for the “NCIS” team to solve tonight, and the CBS show will take the night off.

Instead of a new “NCIS” episode, the network will reair episode 13 of the show’s 16th season, titled “She.”

When the CBS series comes back next week with Season 17, episode 6, titled “Institutionalized,” fans will see what happens when a friend of Kasie’s (Diona Reasonover) finds himself in trouble.

“After a petty officer’s son is found murdered at his ‘welcome home from prison’ party, evidence suggests Kasie’s lifelong best friend, Dante Brown (Devale Ellis), is the suspect,” according to the synopsis.

The show also stars Mark Harmon (NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs), Sean Murray (NCIS Special Agent Timothy McGee), Emily Wickersham (NCIS Special Agent Eleanor “Ellie” Bishop), Wilmer Valderrama (NCIS Special Agent Nicholas “Nick” Torres), Maria Bello (NCIS Special Agent Jaqueline “Jack” Sloane), Brian Dietzen (Medical Examiner Jimmy Palmer), Rocky Carroll (NCIS Director Leon Vance) and David McCallum (Dr. Donald “Ducky” Mallard).

The guest stars in this episode’s cast include Wayne Lopez (Prison Sergeant Desmond Walters), Bertila Damas (Navy Master Chief Petty Officer Renee Quichera), Elizabeth Laidlaw (Correction Officer Rita Brindle), Martin Copping (Benny the Bartender), E. Ambriz DeColosio (Ricky McCoy), Brent Henri (Kendall “Trey” Quichera), Carl Donelson (Edgar Ramirez) and Mary Kate Gaffney (Tanya Owens).
