Forty-year old Brooklyn-native actress Nia Long is pregnant with her second child. Long recently confirmed this to US weekly. The bikini-clad actress was seen showing off her baby bump while walking on the beach, vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

This will be the actress' first child with professional basketball player Ime Udoka, 33. She revealed the child's father's name to People.com on Friday, after keeping tight-lipped about it for a long time.

This is the most exciting time in our lives, Long and Udoka said in a statement. Words can't explain how thrilled we are by the new addition to our family. We feel truly blessed and appreciate all the well wishes and prayers.

The former Third Watch star has a 10-year-old son, Massai Jr., with ex-boyfriend Massai Z. Dorsey.

Long's has been in the acting career for over 20 years now, and she has won three NAACP awards. Nia is probably best known for her roles in Love Jones and The Best Man.
