Nick Cannon Receives Vending Machine Full Of Condoms Ahead Of Valentine's Day
Nick Cannon has received a vending machine filled with condoms ahead of Valentine’s Day. The talk show host took to Instagram on Monday to share the funny story, days after he revealed that he was expecting his eighth child with Brie Tiesi.
Sharing a photo of himself standing next to a vending machine, Cannon wrote, “Looks like somebody just sent me an early Valentine’s Day gift!! Vending machine full of Magnums.”
The TV personality revealed during an episode of his talk show last week that he and Brie Tiesi were having a baby. He joked at the time that he was “starting his own football team,” and that “my girl, Rihanna, is pregnant and it’s not mine.”
Shortly after his announcement, the soon-to-be daddy-of-eight shared snaps from their gender reveal party in Malibu, California. “It’s a boy! We found out yesterday,” he said. “Everyone knows I have a lot of children. It’s never a competition. Each one is special.”
Cannon also admitted that the negative comments about his fatherhood have affected him, especially those that refer to him as a careless and irresponsible father. “I have been seeking and dealing with therapy,” he said. He also noted that while he took a vow of celibacy in 2021, Tiesi was already close to 20 weeks pregnant at the time.
In December 2021, Cannon lost his 5-month-old son Zen with Alyssa Scott due to a brain tumor. He announced his death during an episode of his talk show, during which he also recalled how they dealt with their son’s condition months before his death.
“It’s tough,” Cannon said, adding: “And I have my therapist here, who’s been helping us through it. He had this interesting breathing and by the time he was two months, I noticed he had this nice sized head too— a Cannon head. We didn’t think anything of it.”
Cannon’s child with Tiesi would be his eighth. Meanwhile, the baby would be Tiesi’s first child since her divorce from NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel in November 2021.
