  • Nick Jonas explains finding the "counterpoint" in life
  • Jonas also revealed the last three songs of his upcoming album
  • The album "Spaceman" consists of 11 music tracks

Nick Jonas revealed Monday that the last three songs from his upcoming album "Spaceman" are based on the theme of commitment.

The 28-year-old singer, who announced on Instagram the songs were "If I Fall," "Death Do Us Part" and "Nervous," also posted a picture of himself sitting against a stone in a deserted location and commitment's diagram.

"Commitment is an unending dedication. Throughout life, we find ourselves searching for what sets our souls on fire & our truth and/or purpose," he captioned. "When we find that counterpoint in another person, we know that it's unconstrained by time, distance, and our earthly existence."

"They explore the theme COMMITMENT and the promise to always find our way back to love," Jonas added about the three songs.

Jonas also shared a glimpse of the upcoming "Spaceman" album in which he can be seen wearing a spacesuit and flying in the air. "#SpacemanVideo. Thursday. 3pm PT / 6pm ET / 11pm GMT," he captioned the video.

In another video he posted on Instagram, Jonas flaunted the signed albums placed on the table. "#Spaceman arrives this Friday!! Getting more of these albums signed for you guys and just added some to the UK store too. All signed copies will be shipped out on release week," he wrote.

Last week, the musician dropped the track "This Is Heaven" from his upcoming album. "Spaceman" consists of 11 music tracks and was slated to release on March 12. It will mark Jonas' third solo album, which is based on four themes: distance, indulgence, euphoria, and commitment.

Previously, Jonas noted his wife, actress Priyanka Chopra, was his inspiration. "She loves it," he said. "Most of the songs are pretty much just love letters, which when I can't articulate the way I feel with my words with no music, I go to the studio."

Jonas is currently spending quality time with his wife and family in London. He posted a picture on Instagram, captioning it: "after isolating and testing I’m so happy to finally have some family time!"

Chopra also posted a picture of herself and wrote, "My family is my greatest blessing. So happy to be reunited."
