Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi Baptizes Her Son Lorenzo; ‘Jersey Shore’ Star Jenni ‘Jwoww’ Farley Plays Godmother [PHOTOS]
The son of reality television legend Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi was baptized Sunday with the help of her equally infamous MTV “Jersey Shore” co-star, Jenni "Jwoww" Farley.
Polizzi, 25, and her fiancé and son’s father, Jionni LaValle, 26, celebrated with now 7-month-old Lorenzo Dominic LaValle and more than 6.2 million of her closest friends on social media, posting photos from the event.
“Lorenzo is finally baptized! He did so good," Polizzi said.
“Proud parents today,” Polizzi posted later on alongside a photo of the couple.
The family appeared to be having a good time at the ceremony, posting pictures of Polizzi pushing the baby around the party, saying, "Walkin' my baby around his party in style [sic]" and posing with Farley, officially calling her a "godmommy."
Farley took on a completely different role from her “Jersey Shore” personality as a party girl to play godmother to Lorenzo during the celebration.
Farley, 27, shared photos of her holding and feeding Lorenzo with a bottle with the words “my love.” Farley went on to call him her "chubby monkey” and her “precious godbaby.”
In honor of LaValle’s recent birthday, Polizzi posted a message to her fiancé, sharing a desire to have more children with him on her website earlier this month.
“I can’t wait to have more kids with you and have the best times of our lives!” Polizzi said. “We are going to be that 80-year-old couple still holding hands and going out to dinner, I promise!”
Polizzi isn’t currently expecting another baby, but she is preparing for the upcoming arrival of her untitled fourth book, which will feature stories from the star’s pregnancy experience.
“I hope this book will help all pregnant ladies out there and also help you realize you aren’t as crazy as you think! This book isn’t advice; it’s what I went through throughout my pregnancy!"
The reality star previously released three fiction books, “Gorilla Beach,” “Confessions of a Guidette” and “A Shore Thing,” in 2011 and 2012.
Polizzi, Farley and LaValle can be seen on their "Jersey Shore" spin-off, “Snookie & Jwoww," at 9 p.m. ET/PT Thursdays on MTV.
