Nikki Ferrell Doesn’t Acknowledge Ex-Boyfriend Ryan McDill While Tweeting About ‘The Bachelorette’ Season 11 Premiere
Ryan McDill made quite the first impression during the Season 11 premiere of “The Bachelorette.” Although stars Britt Nilsson and Kaitlyn Bristowe did not have a rose ceremony during the first part of the premiere, Ryan became the first contestant sent home due to his drunken antics. Twitter had a good time making fun of his on-screen shenanigans, but surprisingly, his ex-girlfriend and “Bachelor” alum Nikki Ferrell stayed quiet on the ordeal!
“The Bachelorette/ Bachelor” fandom will remember Nikki from Juan Pablo Galavis’ Season 18. Nikki ended up the winner, but she didn’t get engaged to Juan Pablo. Instead he handed her a rose and asked that they continue dating. Nikki accepted, but the pair broke up less than a year after the show concluded.
Nikki watched episode 1 of “The Bachelorette” on Monday night and posted a few comments about the contestants. None of them mentioned Ryan or her connection to him.
Ryan dated Nikki for a year before she joined “The Bachelor.” He was very vocal about her relationship with Juan Pablo after the finale, and spoke with multiple tabloids about his ex.
“Juan Pablo doesn’t care about you at all,” he told Star magazine, addressing Nikki. “He’s a total zero, and if you’ve really fallen for him, this bum will only break your heart!”
Ryan didn’t get enough time on “The Bachelorette” to break anyone’s heart, but he definitely developed some bad blood with other cast members. He taunted Shawn E. when he arrived in a hot tub car, yelling that he and his car “sucks.” He proceeded to get loud about being “horned up” and wanting to date both Britt and Kaitlyn because he was “selfish.”
“I apologize for nothing,” he said at one point in the evening. “I’m sorry for being awesome.”
The final straw was when he grabbed Kaitlyn’s butt. Ryan’s “awesome” behavior ultimately got him kicked out by “Bachelorette” host Chris Harrison – whom he mistook for “To Catch a Predator” host Chris Hansen. He left without causing any further problems, and posted a message on Instagram Monday night after the episode aired. He shared a photo of Chris Hansen with the caption: “Chris Hansen. Complete buzzkill. #Kaitlinfoundlove. What a joke. #Hornedup #placewasdeadanyways. *single pistol, *thumbs to chest. ‘Shooter.’”
“The Bachelorette” Season 11 with Britt and Kaitlyn continues on ABC Tuesday, May 19. What did you think of Ryan McDill’s behavior? Tweet your thoughts to @AmandaTVScoop.
