North Korean leader to visit China
North Korean Premier Kim Yong Il is expected to soon make an official “goodwill visit” to China according to Korea Central News Agency Reports, Bloomberg reported.

China is part of a six- party forum attempting to persuade the nation to scrap its nuclear weapons program and is North Korea’s closest ally.
Currently negotiations have been halted. The Pyongyang government is refusing to permit international inspectors to remove samples from its Yongbyon nuclear reactor.
