‘One Piece’ 968 Spoilers: New Episode Features Oden-Orochi Confrontation, Kaido's Appearance

“One Piece” raw scans are now available online, giving us an idea of what to look forward to in the upcoming chapter. It appears that fans are in for some serious action as Oden returns home following his successful journey with the Pirate King. And, it looks like another highly anticipated character will appear at the end of “One Piece” Chapter 968.

“One Piece” 968 Shows Tears And Laughter Of The Pirate King’s Crew

“One Piece” Chapter 968 is titled “Oden’s Return,” and one scan reveals Gol D. Roger talking to Rayleigh. The Pirate King is telling Rayleigh that they were too early, referring to finding “One Piece.” But, Roger’s first mate was wondering who will find the legendary treasure next.

The Pirate King predicts that it is going to be his son (Fire First Ace D. Portgas). When Rayleigh tells him he does not have one, Roger says, he will make one. It is worth mentioning that the same exchange of words also happened in “One Piece: Stampede.” Another noticeable scene in the scan is that of Madame Shyarly and Roger talking.

While translations are not yet available, on Reddit, one fan predicts that the conversation could be somewhat related to the clan of D. Fans first saw Madam Shyarly in the Fish-Man Island Arc, where she predicted that Luffy would burn the island down. The fan claims that her predictions might not reveal the person but could be something that gives the Pirate King some exciting conclusions.

Shanks is also crying in one scene, which could be about Roger saying goodbye. Following the crew’s discovery of JoyBoy’s treasure, fans are anticipating that Roger’s crew will disband. Another scan shows that Roger and his crew dropped Oden at Wano country and moved forward.

“One Piece” 968 Oden-Orochi Story

Even in previous chapters, it is evident that Oden already knew something is wrong in Wano. We witnessed Orochi got the title of Shogun in Oden’s absence. But, it seems that things have gone from bad to worst in the upcoming chapter of “One Piece.”

The scans show Oden’s wife crying while wearing a patchy kimono. Considering that she is the wife of the Daimyo of the Wano country, it just underlines the level of cruelty Orochi did to Oden’s family while he was gone. In “One Piece,” Chapter 968 fans will see Oden confronting Orochi in his palace.

Orochi was probably convincing Oden to spare his life. Following that scene, the end of the chapter shows a silhouette appearing, which could be that of Kaido. “One Piece” Chapter 968 will arrive on Jan. 19, 2020.
