'One Piece' 989 Spoilers: Big Mom vs Straw Hats Fight Details Revealed

"One Piece" Chapter 989 would showcase the action-packed fight between Yonko Big Mom and the Straw Hats, according to a new set of spoilers. The latest installment of the popular series showed Franky knocking down Charlotte Linlin with his bike. The new set of spoilers reveal the details of the continuation of that fight but this time with most of the Straw Hats' crew chipping in their skills to bring down the powerful and feared emperor of the sea.

Big Mom would get up in "One Piece" Chapter 989 like nothing had happened, according to the spoilers shared on Reddit by Yonkou Productions. The unexpected knockout did not scratch the emperor and Franky would reportedly introduce himself to her. Knowing fully well of Big Mom's ability and power, Nami allegedly advised Franky to run, but the Straw Hats' shipwright told her that if they want to make Luffy the Pirate King, running is not an option.

The latest "One Piece" Chapter 989 spoilers also offered details of the fight. It claimed that three Numbers appeared when Franky was about to shoot Big Mom with his beam. The emperor called the drunk Numbers as failed versions of Ancient Giants that Kaido purchased from Doflamingo at Punk Hazard.

Franky reportedly shoots a beam to one of the Numbers carrying the Brachio Tank. Big Mom would allegedly attack Franky, but Jinbe was there, grabbed her arm and threw her down to the ground. Aside from Jinbe, Robin was at the scene and used one of her techniques to roll Big Mom until she crashed to the other side of the room.

Totally aware of Big Mom's power, Jinbe cautioned the Straw Hats that the yonko would be back, but this time, much angrier than ever. Unperturbed, Franky said that it is high time to assemble his new toy, the Franky Shotgun. The fight between Big Mom and the Straw Hats does not include Luffy, Zoro and Sanji.

"One Piece" Chapter 989 is titled "I don't feel like we are losing." The upcoming chapter drops on September 6. There will be no break after that, which means the next chapter will arrive as scheduled.
