OnePlus Offers Free Rosewood Case With OnePlus X Smartphone

OnePlus is now offering a free Rosewood case upon purchasing the OnePlus X smartphone. The offer, however, is valid until the stocks last.

This is apparently part of the Valentine's Day promotion. Interested buyers can head to the official Website to purchase the OnePlus X. When ordering the device, buyers may have to add both OnePlus X and Rosewood case to the shopping cart. At the end, do not forget to enter the promo code "XOXO" to get the case for free.

Apart from the Rosewood case, OnePlus offers four other choices namely Bamboo, Karbon, Black Apricot and Sandstone. However, the Valentine’s Day offer is applicable only for the Rosewood case.

Speaking of specifications, the OnePlus X features a pocket-friendly 5.0-inch AMOLED display, packed with 1,920 x 1,080 pixels resolution and Corning’s Gorilla Glass 3 protection. This combination translates to a solid pixel density of 441 ppi.

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 801 chipset, along with a quad-core processor running at 2.3 GHz, powers the device. There's also 3 GB of RAM on board to back the configurations. On the software front, it runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with OxygenOS on top of it. However, it is upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

When it comes to camera specification, the OnePlus X features a 13-megapixel rear-facing snapper and an 8-megapixel sensor at the front for selfies. It comes equipped with 16 GB of native storage space and microSD card slot to facilitate expansion of up to 128 GB.

This smartphone supports dual-SIM and it houses a non-removable Li-Po 2,525 mAh battery unit. Speaking of color, buyers can choose two variants namely Onyx Black and Ceramic White.
