‘Orphan Black’ Season 3 Spoilers: Finale Photos Reveal Missing Clone’s Return And Alison's Crazy Campaign
“Orphan Black” Season 3 only has one episode left, and it looks like it’ll put many clones in danger. New photos show the Season 3 finale will also bring in a few characters who haven’t had much screen time this year.
Rachel (Tatiana Maslany) will return in episode 10 after going into hiding in episode 8. She is pictured in what looks like an expensive apartment. Obviously, she wanted something a little swankier than Dyad’s room. It even looks like she got a white eye patch. Last time we saw the evil clone, she had pulled a swap with Krystal (Maslany) and planned to take one of the new clone’s eyes. Could the smaller patch indicate Rachel went through with the surgery and took her sister’s eye? Rachel has done plenty of awful things to her sisters, so we assume she’ll go through with the surgery without a second thought. When Rachel left, it also seemed she wanted to go into hiding, so her presence could indicate she’ll be dragged back into the clone drama.
Another character featured in the photos above is Ferdinand (James Frain). “Orphan Black” Season 3 hasn’t shown the Topside operative much since he interrogated Alison (Maslany), who was posing as Sarah. In episode 9, he called Delphine (Evelyn Brochu) and revealed he knew Sarah (Maslany) wasn’t in Dyad’s custody. It looks like he’ll meet up with the real Sarah in the finale. “Castor and Topside force Sarah to make uneasy alliances,” the synopsis for "History Yet To Be Written" teases.
It looks like she’ll also be working with the Castor/Leda original, Kendall (Alison Steadman). While Sarah and Mrs. S (Maria Doyle Kennedy) had planned to kill her when she was just the Castor original, they obviously need her alive now that they know she is the Leda original too.
Alison will also keep busy in suburbia. She is shown in hot pink campaigning for a position as a school trustee. She is really stepping up her campaigning, even putting her face on a bus. However, she and Donnie (Kristian Bruun) lost their drugs in episode 9, which was a large part of the reason she had supporters in the first place. Alison will see if she can win without pushing pills unless Helena (Maslany) snagged some of the drugs when she stole the money for Donnie and Alison.
Suspiciously missing from the finale photos is Cosima (Maslany). Many are concerned the sick clone will die in the Season 3 finale, and her absence certainly isn’t calming those fears.
The “Orphan Black” Season 3 finale, titled "History Yet To Be Written," airs Saturday at 9 p.m. EDT on BBC America. Do you think Cosima will survive the finale? Sound off in the comments section below!
