‘Outlander’ Season 4 Spoilers: Episode 7 Synopsis, Video And Photos

“Outlander” Season 4 is finally giving fans what they’ve wanted for months. Brianna is in the 18th century, but it’ll take a lot to reunite with her mother.

“Brianna (Sophie Skelton) follows in her mother’s footsteps and travels through the stones back in time to 18th century Scotland where she struggles to make her way to the Colonies to find her parents, Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe),” the synopsis for episode 7 of the Starz drama teases.

Making her way to the States will be a challenge, especially when she isn’t very prepared for the Scottish winter and gets an injury. Luckily, she finds help in the most unexpected place.

Her love Roger (Richard Rankin) isn’t far behind. However, he might make his way to the harbor a bit faster than Brianna. “Roger follows Brianna into the past and embarks on a harrowing sea journey,” the synopsis teases.

The photos from the episode show Roger will have a friend he says goodbye to. Fiona (Iona Claire) will send him off to the past.

As fans of the “Outlander” books know, the show is handling Brianna’s return a little differently. Expect to see a few changes from the books.

There isn’t much that Starz is allowing to get out about the highly-anticipated episode, but let’s just say there will be more than one familiar face showing up in “Outlander” Season 4, episode 7. One of those faces will be Stephen Bonnet (Ed Speleers).

The pirate, who stole Jamie’s wedding ring from Claire after assaulting them, is shown in the promo video for Sunday’s episode. “A wise man leaves the things beyond his power to the gods,” he tells someone. Watch the video below:

The people you won’t see, however, are Jamie and Claire. So don’t expect that emotional reunion just yet.
