Socialite and hotel heiress Paris Hilton's love for animals is not unknown. She went on a shopping spree on Monday for all her pets including some fancy dress costumes for her furry friends. She shopped in Petco and bought toys and the cute Halloween costumes, according to her twits on the micro blogging site Twitter.

Hilton owns a variety of animals, including a miniature pig called Princess Pigelette, and has previously admitted she would be interested in a career in animal care. The blonde beauty, who recently adopted a pug dog named Mugsy from a rescue centre, said that veterinary will be her dream profession.

Recently, she has treated her pet hamster to a luxury abode which she calls a rodent mansion. Hilton who will be facing the courtroom next month on a cocaine possession charge in Las Vegas twitted My love (Las Vegas nightclub owner Cy Waits) is putting together this hamster cage for me, so sweet.
