After paparazzi photos of his wild spring break surfaced, Patrick Schwarzenegger is denying rumors that he cheated on girlfriend Miley Cyrus in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The photos in question show Schwarzenegger doing body shots off a girl while partying throughout the day on Sunday at the Mango Deck Restaurant and Bar. Photos have also surfaced showing the pair walking arm-in-arm along the beach and locked in what appears to be an intimate embrace.

The 21-year-old son of former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and broadcaster Maria Shriver (niece of the late President John F. Kennedy) insists the woman in the photographs is his “best friend's girlfriend” and he would never cheat on Cyrus. He insists it's not unusual that he has friends of the opposite sex.

While Schwarzenegger ignored the rumors, sipping cocktails on the beach, his 23-year-old girlfriend decided to have a fiesta of her own. Just one day after the photos from Mexico were published, Cyrus met up with her mother, Tish Cyrus, to sip margaritas and soak up a little California sunshine.

“Monday margaritaZzzz with my mama,” she captioned the photo.

Cyrus has not directly addressed her boyfriend's alleged infidelity, though she did post a few questionable quotes on her Instagram page early this week. The first of them read, “Surround yourself with people that reflect who you want to be and how you want to feel, energies are contagious.” The second, although much lighter, quote said, "Don't ever let someone treat you like a yellow Starburst. You are the pink Starburst." She's made no mention of the rumors on Twitter either.

Perhaps that's because she doesn't appear all that bothered. According to Daily Mail, Cyrus was spotted out on the town last night sporting a sexy low-cut jumpsuit and an unconcerned look on her face as she arrived at the Laugh Factory in Hollywood.

Cyrus has been dating Schwarzenegger for a few months. Though they haven't been together long, it's been rumored that the couple are serious. TMZ previously reported that he and Cyrus casually discuss marriage often, adding that the singer was trying to win over Schwarzenegger's mother, Maria Shriver, before they moved forward with said plans. No rings have been exchanged.
