People’s Choice Awards 2017 Winner Justin Timberlake Gives Rare Look Into Home Life With Jessica Biel
Justin Timberlake couldn’t help but gush about his home life during the 2017 People’s Choice Awards Wednesday night. While onstage accepting his awards for favorite male artist and favorite song at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, Timberlake thanked his fans and his family for his success.
“I feel underdressed a little bit. I’m so happy to be here. I was sitting on the 101 literally eight minutes ago. There are way too many people in this city, but I love all of those people,” Timberlake kicked off his acceptance speech. “I love all the people who voted for his song. I love all the people who downloaded this song.”

Timberlake continued by paying tribute to his wife, actress Jessica Biel, and their almost 2-year-old son, Silas. The singer also thanked his “Can’t Stop the Feeling” co-songwriters.
“My two favorite people in the world, my wife and my beautiful son, who may or who may not be watching right now. If you are buddy, the nanny’s fired,” he joked, before ending his speech on a more serious note, saying, “I love you and go to bed and you’re the reason why I wrote this song.”
Timberlake beat out Blake Shelton, Drake, Shawn Mendes and The Weeknd in the favorite male artist category. “Can’t Stop the Feeling” won favorite song over Meghan Trainor’s “No,” Drake feat. Kyla and Wizkid’s “One Dance,” Rihanna feat. Drake’s “Work” and Zayn Malik’s “Pillowtalk.”
