Pete Davidson Kisses Kim Kardashian At Met Gala 2022 [Watch]
Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson packed on the PDA at the 2022 Met Gala. The couple made their red carpet debut at the event held Monday night in New York City.
They walked side by side on the red carpet, with Kim leaning on Davidson to help her move around in her tight-fitting dress. The Met Gala was a huge fashion moment for the beauty mogul, who donned a sparkly sheer dress once owned by Marilyn Monroe. She also sported a platinum blonde hairstyle similar to the late actress.
Monroe wore the dress during her iconic 1962 performance of "Happy Birthday, Mr. President." It has been on display at Ripley's "Believe It or Not" Museum in Orlando, Florida, after it was purchased in a 2016 auction for $4.81 million, making it one of the most expensive dresses ever sold.
Davidson wore a suit as he was photographed gazing lovingly at his girlfriend on the red carpet. At one point, the "Saturday Night Live" star also kissed Kim on her head while posing for photos.
Although it marked the couple's first Met Gala red carpet outing, it was not their first official event together. Davidson accompanied Kim to the premiere of Hulu's "The Kardashians" at Goya Studios in Los Angeles last month.
At the event, Kim gushed about her beau and told E! News, "He's here to support me. It's my thing. I don't think it's his thing to be all up here with me. So I'm just so happy he's here." She also thanked Davidson for being supportive.
The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star and the comedian first sparked romance rumors in October when the mother of four hosted an episode of "SNL." At the time, she shared an on-screen kiss with Davidson in a Disney-themed sketch that featured them as Jasmine and Aladdin.
Later that month, the pair was spotted on a date at an amusement park in Southern California and was photographed holding hands while on a roller coaster ride. Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker, who is also a friend of Davidson, were also there with the pair.
