‘Pitch Perfect 3’ Spoilers: Rebel Wilson, Anna Kendrick Reveal Preparations In Behind-The-Scenes Video

“Pitch Perfect 3” cast members Rebel Wilson, Anna Kendrick, Elizabeth Banks, Brittany Snow, Hailee Steinfeld, Ruby Rose and more reveal their preparations for the upcoming movie in a new behind-the-scenes video.

In the almost three-minute clip, director Trish Sie invites fans of “Pitch Perfect” to take a look at what happens to the actors while on the set of the hit comedy. Wilson is her usual funny self, telling fans that she needed to be the most athletic among her co-stars in the third installment. After all, she was required to run 10 steps in one of the scenes.

Kendrick also jumped from what looked like a fake ship, while Chrissie Fit joked about her becoming an action star for “Pitch Perfect 3.” Additionally, there are multiple scenes where the Bellas are singing and dancing in front of a camera.

Sie also introduced DJ Khaled as one of the guest stars in the movie. The “I’m The One” singer expressed his excitement over being part of the project.

Social media posts of the cast members were featured in the teaser, including videos from their last filming day that were shared on Instagram and Twitter. John Michael Higgins also made fun of himself and his co-stars when he said that most of them do important things on set. The next footage shows the actor and Banks playing and fooling around on set in between takes.

Meanwhile, Sie has teased Wilson’s connection to guest star John Lithgow. In the promo clip, Wilson’s Fat Amy and Lithgow’s unnamed character are dancing in front of everyone. The same scene will most likely be featured in the final edit for “Pitch Perfect 3.” Wilson and Lithgow also upload the most hilarious posts on Instagram where they use filters.

On their final day of shooting, the cast of “Pitch Perfect 3” had to hold back tears. Hanah Mae Lee couldn’t help but acknowledge the fact that it was such an emotional day for her and her co-stars. As of late, it is still unclear if Gold Circle Films and Brownstone Productions will release a fourth film under the “Pitch Perfect” banner.

“Pitch Perfect 3” is slated to hit theaters in the United States on Dec. 22.
