The official synopsis of Episode 14 reveals the one-on-one duel between Mirai and Metropoliman has been broadcast live online by someone before they even noticed it.

As the battle approaches its epic conclusion, people all over Japan and even the Metropolitan Police Department start to pay attention.

The Red Arrow that wishes for happiness is up against the White Arrow that fulfills wishes. It will be interesting to see who wins the battle.

In Episode 13 of the anime, Metropoliman and Mirai were ready for their duel. Metropoliman suggested they should establish some ground rules before the battle.

He said they can fight the way Mirai wanted. Mirai paused for a moment and then suggested they can stop running and take turns firing Arrows at one another.

Both the fighters would plant their feet on the ground and take shots at each other. Metropoliman asked if the angels can still cover their backs.

Metropoliman was confident and invited his opponent to take the first shot of the battle. Mirai came forward to launch his first Red Arrow at the enemy and the latter easily grabbed it.

"Mirai and Metropoliman agree to fight fair and square by taking turns firing Arrows at each other. As their duel unfolds, Metropoliman reflects on the past and his own personal values," read the official synopsis of Episode 13, according to Crunchyroll.
