According to the official synopsis for “Plunderer” episode 21, Jail reaches the royal capital and challenges the general commander of the Royal Army.

Alexandrov Grigorovich, also known as Alex, is Jail’s foster father. He is the commander of the Althea Royal Guard. Moreover, he is one of the seven Legendary Red Barons – The Blast Baron. In the upcoming episode, Jail meets him and Jail will likely have questions for him.

Meanwhile, in the previous episode, Licht Bach told Hina that he knows her mother’s name. He revealed that Tsukina (Hina’s mother) was his childhood friend.

He remembered that when he first saw Hina he wanted to talk to her because she resembled her so much.

Licht revealed that Tsukina is the same as him – a person who lived 300 years ago.

Hina learned about the Original Ballot, which Tsukina gave to Hina before she was taken away.

The Original Ballot gave the holder the right to cast a vote to Althing. The holder of all seven Original Ballots can control anything, even the laws of nature and this is the most crucial secret of Alcia.

Licht is surprised that Hina has one of the Original Ballots. Hina’s mother asked her to find the Ace and Licht tells her that he is not the one she is looking for.

He asked her if Tsukina ever told her about her father. And he dropped a shocker, he told her that he killed her father. He wants her to hate him. Later, he spikes everyone’s drinks but drugs don’t work on Jail.

During the episode, Jail tried to talk to Licht and made him realize the things he did 300 years ago were wrong in every sense. But, Licht was not ready to accept his mistake.
