‘Pregnant’ Farrah Abraham Instagrams Picture After Simon Saran’s Baby Announcement

“Teen Mom OG” star Farrah Abraham took to Instagram after her boyfriend Simon Saran claimed she was pregnant with baby No. 2 Wednesday. The MTV reality star didn’t address the pregnancy rumors, even though she’s apparently been hiding a rumored baby bump.

Abraham, 26, posed for a picture with 8-year-old daughter Sophia. Together, they promoted Focus Factor, a multi-vitamin that supposedly helps adults and children concentrate. The children’s vitamin is different than the adult one.

Abraham and Sophia held their vitamin bottles. The “Teen Mom OG” star wore a ruffled blue dress that could arguably cover a burgeoning baby bump.

For the ad, which Abraham was paid to post, she claimed the vitamins helped her daughter do better in school. Sophia proudly showed off a certificate. “Guess who’s been doing really well with her school lately!? Safe to say @focus.factor Extra Strength is the only multivitamin we need!” she wrote Wednesday. “Sophia loves the berry blast flavor and the fact this formula helps support healthy brain function, well it's a no brainer! If you need a multi that’s going to increase memory, focus and concentration, then check this stuff out, we love it.”

In the previous post, Abraham showed off a taunt stomach while promoting Flat Tummy Tea, though the video could have been taken before the rumored pregnancy. “Bloating is sooo uncomfortable, both in how it feels and looks. I don't use this tea for weight control, it's not about that, it's for flushing out toxins and cleansing your tummy,” she wrote.

Speculation that Abraham was pregnant for a second time sparked when Saran posted a picture of their trip to Jamaica on Instagram last month. She wore an oversized dress and many thought she was with child. At the time, he denied the rumor.

“She’s not pregnant. I believe she had too much Dr. Pepper to drink for breakfast that left her looking bloated,” he told Radar at the time.

But by Wednesday, he changed his statement. “Yes she’s 26 and pregnant,” he told Radar Online. The publication noted he might have been joking, but neither he nor Abraham have slammed the pregnancy report.

It’s unclear if Saran and Abraham are officially dating. On Season 7 of “Teen Mom OG” she said she broke up with him, but two weeks ago they were on vacation and now Saran claimed she was pregnant. Still, Abraham said they are just friends.

“Simon and I are cordial,” she told E! Online June 5. “We are friends — or trying to be. If it doesn't work out to be friends in the future I am happy I tried to be friends with an ex.”

They might not be done for good, especially since Saran said in an April episode he saw a future with the MTV reality star. “We're spending a lot of time together so I'm hoping we can be more than friends at some point but depending on how busy you are with whatever else you got,” he said. “I definitely see us having fun in the future together.”
