Jill Duggar Dillard and her husband Derick Dillard have tested positive for COVID-19.

The "Counting On" alum, who is pregnant with their third child, revealed their diagnoses via Instagram Thursday, sharing a series of photos that included images of their positive COVID-19 tests and of her and her husband holding up tea and a box of tissues.

"Give me all the hot liquids and cough drops, please!! Derick and I tested [positive] for COVID for the first time, and it's not fun!" Jill wrote.

Her post also featured a photo of Derick, 33, holding up a birthday cookie cake.

"With a little help from family, we were still able to celebrate Derick's birthday at home yesterday, even though it was different than we'd originally hoped," Jill continued. "Prayers appreciated for quick recoveries and for baby to stay healthy too!"

The 30-year-old reality star ended her post with a request for "helpful" tips from those who have contracted and recovered from the virus.

One of Jill's followers suggested rest, more fluids, hot showers and lots of soup or easy take-out meals. "Let your body rest as often as possible," they wrote.

"I just had it, and I made a lot of fresh lemon-ginger water (hot). It really helped clear it up," another fan shared.

Jill's cousin Amy Duggar King also commented on the post wishing the couple a speedy recovery.

"[The] next time you need something I promise to check my phone sooner! Love y'all! Get better! Also… Derick, you're awesome," King wrote.

In December 2021, Amy and her husband Dillon King tested positive for COVID-19. They quarantined separately and were forced to cancel their Christmas celebration. They wanted to keep their 2-year-old son, Daxton Ryan, safe from the virus.

"Christmas is canceled here until further notice," Amy captioned a photo of her and her husband chatting via FaceTime at the time.

Jill, who is currently five months pregnant and previously suffered a miscarriage in October last year, told TMZ that she's feeling anxious about her recent COVID-19 diagnosis.

Jill revealed that she's been taking baby aspirin in an effort to prevent blood clots (which have been linked to pregnancy and COVID-19 cases) and continues to monitor her baby's heart rate and kicking activity. She and Derick are also fully vaccinated, according to the outlet.

Jill and Derick announced that they were expecting their third baby in February via their family blog. They shared that they'd been "keeping a little secret" before dropping the baby news.

"Ever since we were devastated last fall by the miscarriage of our sweet baby, River Bliss, we have prayed that, if it was God's will, he would bless us with another baby," the couple said. "We are excited to announce that God has answered our prayers and we are expecting our rainbow baby due July 2022!"

Jill and Derick are already parents to sons Israel David, 6, and Samuel Scott, 4.
