Wren Kingston returns to Rosewood
In Season 4, Wren (Julian Morris) went off to London and hasn’t been heard from since but “In the Eye Abides the Heart,” the heartthrob physician will return to Rosewood and spend some time with Spencer (Troian Bellisario). Although a sneak peek for “Pretty Little Liars” Season 7, episode 15, reveals that Wren is simply in town for a layover, Wren has become quite a suspicious character throughout the years and his sudden appearance could shake things up in the small town.
Bellisario directed episode 15
Although she worked with several cast members while shooting the episode, Bellisario revealed that she was most excited to direct Morris and Lucy Hale, who plays Aria.
“I have such a blast with Julian. I feel like we do have really good chemistry, it’s just easy because we find each other very funny and we really do love each other, so it was a total blast to get to work with him as a director as well as,” Bellisario told Rotten Tomatoes.
When it comes to Hale’s character, Bellisario was looking forward to taking Aria in a different direction. “Lucy’s kind of always been the romantic heart of the girls. We all have our romances, but she’s truly the love story, her and Ezra (Ian Harding), so to get to take her character in a different direction, away from the romance, was a total joy for both of us because I know she’s wanted that for a long time, so she really trusted me and let me play with her, so I think it’s going to turn out great.”
Aria will betray her friends
The narrator states that the Liar will turn against her friends in the promo in order to win. Furthermore, Aria seemed more than ready to head over to the “A” team when she realized joining the dark side meant she would no longer be on the receiving end of “A.D’s” wrath.
Mona learns about “A.D’s” game.
After Aria spoke with Sydney (Chloe Bridges) about the possibility of joining the “A” team her turn was skipped on Liar’s Lament and Hanna (Ashley Benson) was chosen to go again after she failed to complete her turn the first time. In the promo, Hanna can be seen looking worried as she allows Mona (Janel Parrish) to examine Liar’s Lament. Mona has a history of being on the “A” team and she might be the key to helping Hanna skip her turn.
Emily will struggle to deal with what “A.D” did to Ali
After learning that “A.D” impregnated Ali (Sasha Pieterse) with Emily’s (Shay Mitchell) eggs, the expecting mom, who was initially going to terminate her pregnancy, must now make a decision that will change her and her best friend’s lives forever.
“Pretty Little Liars” Season 7, episode 15, airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. EDT on Freeform.
