‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 5 Spoilers: Episode 15 Synopsis Released Online; What Will Happen In ‘Fresh Meat’? [PHOTOS & VIDEO]

Ding-dong! The witch is locked up! The Season 5 winter premiere of “Pretty Little Liars” aired on ABC Family on Tuesday night, bringing with it a whole lot of drama to make up for the couple month long hiatus. Alison (Sasha Pieterse) ended up behind bars at the end of the episode … but that doesn’t mean that the Liars are in the clear.

Aria (Lucy Hale), Hanna (Ashley Benson), Emily (Shay Mitchell) and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) think that Alison’s arrest will set them free. But unfortunately that couldn’t be further from the truth. Although the person that they suspect is “A” is definitely in jail, the “A” game is still continuing.

According to the synopsis for episode 15, “Fresh Meat,” Spencer will find herself in hot water with Toby (Keegan Allen). The couple shared a happy moment in episode 14 when Lt. Tanner (Roma Maffia) cleared her of murder charges, but that won’t last long. Now that Toby’s working at the Rosewood police department he has access to a great deal of information. While his position was supposed to help Spencer, a “surprising” piece of evidence will “put him in a difficult position” with not only his girlfriend, but his new gig, as well. The synopsis teases that Toby has a “moral gut reaction” to this new piece of information, but Spencer’s not buying it. The teen is suspicious of the evidence, which “puts stress on their relationship.”

As Spencer struggles with Toby, Emily and Aria will be dealing with their own issues. In the winter premiere Emily was forced to say goodbye to Paige (Lindsey Shaw). She begged her girlfriend to stay in Rosewood, and that the town would be safe with Alison gone. But Paige had already made up her mind. After a tearful goodbye, Paige boarded the plane for California.

Meanwhile, Aria turned to Hanna’s boyfriend, Caleb (Tyler Blackburn), for help after she received a rejection letter from a college she applied to. Aria couldn’t believe that she got rejected, and feared that it had something to do with “A.” Caleb agreed to teach her how to hack, but the pair hit a major roadblock was “A” attacked Aria and stole Mona’s (Janel Parrish) encrypted laptop.

Episode 15 of “Pretty Little Liars” Season 5 will air on ABC Family on Tuesday, Jan. 13, at 8 p.m. EST. Fingers crossed “Fresh Meat” shows Alison making new friends behind bars.
