Prince Charles Gave Meghan Markle This Item As Royal Wedding Gift
Meghan Markle just revealed that royal wedding gift that Prince Charles gave to her months ago.
While in Fiji, Markle was photographed wearing the diamond tennis bracelet that she’s worn at least two times before. According to E! News, the stunning accessory was a gift from the Prince of Wales days before she wed Prince Harry.
For her recent engagement, Markle also wore diamond earrings. Kensington Palace confirmed that the earrings were on loan.
Prince Charles and Markle have been rumored to be close with each other, and the prince’s gift to his daughter-in-law might have proved just that. On her wedding day, Prince Charles also walked Markle down the aisle because her biological father, Thomas Markle Sr., was unable to attend the event.
And just one month after the royal wedding, Carole Railton, the author of “The Future of Body Language,” analyzed Prince Charles and Markle’s relationship based on their photos.
“Meghan has become more controlled in her attire and behavior since her engagement. Her recent interaction with Charles at Ascot shows how her confidence in her royal role has grown. Recent pictures of Charles leaning in towards Meghan, quite close and exactly opposite her. Meghan has responded with her head slightly tilted to one side showing interest in what he is saying and sometimes a smile that can even be contrived as flirting,” she told Bustle.
Judi James, a body language expert, also said that it seems Prince Charles is fascinated with Markle.
“Even nipping back to chat with her and Harry on the palace balcony. And the way his face is wreathed in smiles as they walk suggests he finds her company both interesting and fun. The responsibilities of married life might have brought out a more serious, caring side to her own prince but with his dad, Meghan seems to have unearthed a more fund side that has been hidden over the years,” James said.
