Prince Charles Had Aussie Mistress Who Was Camilla Parker-Bowles’s First ‘Serious Rival’
Prince Charles allegedly had an Aussie mistress who was Camilla Parker Bowles’ first serious rival.
According to New Idea, the Prince of Wales had an Aussie woman who was once described as “the only woman who ever understood” him. The woman was named Dale Elizabeth Harper. She was a successful business woman in the international fashion world with fashion labels “Kanga” and couture line “The Dale Tryon Collection.” Shockingly, she died just months after Princess Diana’s automobile accident in “alarmingly mysterious circumstances.”
Harper is also known as Kanga Tryon. She relocated to London in 1972 and within weeks met Anthony Tryon, 3rd Baron Tryon, who became her husband. She was thrust into the British aristocracy when she was introduced to Prince Charles, who happened to be good friends with her husband.
The Prince of Wales was reportedly taken by her fun-loving personality and girl-next-door good looks. The future king was smitten with Kanga, as what he would call her.
At the time, Prince Charles was reportedly enjoying a flirtatious relationship with Camilla, who was married to Andrew Parker Bowles. However, when Kanga entered the prince’s radar, the two women had a tug-of-war for Prince Charles’ affection.
According to the 2008 documentary “Prince Charles’ Other Mistress,” it was the “first time Camilla has a serious rival.” The documentary detailed the bizarre circumstances surrounding the three. Prince Charles who was single “happily bounced from the bed of Camilla to that of Lady Tryon, then back again” before he met Princess Diana. When either of the married women became pregnant, the other would be favored by Prince Charles. Both named their sons after the Prince of Wales.
The Duchess of Cornwall’s son’s complete name is Thomas Henry Charles Parker Bowles. He is more popularly known as Tom Parker Bowles. On the other hand, Kanga have four children and one of her boys is named Charles.
However, Kanga’s indiscretion made her lose Prince Charles favor after she allegedly let slip information about her dalliances with the heir apparent to promote her “Kanga” fashion line. In 1996, Kanga fell from a high window shattering her spin and she was not able to walk again.
There were claims suggesting that she jumped but other sources said in the British documentary “High Society” that she was pushed. She died after contracting septicaemia just months after Princess Diana’s death.
At present, Prince Charles is happily married to Camilla. Netizens believe that the Prince of Wales is faithful to the Duchess of Cornwall.
