Prince Charles kissed Princess Diana to give a good show to the photographers.

The Prince and Princess of Wales did not have a happy marriage. Many thought that the Prince of Wales never loved Princess Diana.

A video of Prince Charles kissing Princess Diana’s hand has resurfaced on Instagram. In the short clip, Princess Diana is seated when Prince Charles gets her hand and kisses it. Princess Diana smiles sweetly as her husbands gives her hand a kiss. However, royal fans aren’t convinced that Prince Charles did it because he loved his wife.

One netizen commented that the kiss was “passionless.” Another said that there was no feeling on the future king’s face when he kissed Princess Diana. Meanwhile, another believed that the future king only did it to give a good show to the photographers who were watching them.

“Good show, eh,” the user wrote.

“Look at their faces. She was so happy and in love. Charles doesn’t look happy. I remember he made that remark about being in love and he seemed so distant,” a different user commented.

Meanwhile, a different royal follower felt that Prince Charles only fooled the public by marrying Princess Diana.

“He fooled us all...got Diana as his bride but his heart's on someone else...thought of himself highly but never thought of Diana’s feelings! He should have married Camilla from the start even if it means losing his chance to be the future king! So differrent from King Edward VIII!” the netizen wrote.

In related news, Princess Diana reportedly reunited with Prince Harry and Archie in a fan-made art. A royal fan drew Princess Diana carrying baby Archie in her arms with Prince Harry sitting beside her while holding his son’s finger. Royal followers love the art and many of them felt the love in the three generations from Princess Diana, Prince Harry to Archie.

Princess Diana died in an automobile accident in August 1997. According to her former bodyguard Ken Wharfe, Princess Diana was not murdered. However, he blamed her boyfriend Dodi Fayed’s erratic behavior and her bodyguards’ mistake for the car crash because they lack the experience and expertise in protecting a royal.
