Prince Harry Hangs Out With Barack Obama, Joe Biden At Invictus Games
Prince Harry recently spent some time with two of the most famous politicians in the United States.
On Saturday, Prince Harry was spotted with former vice president Joe Biden and his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, at Mattamy Athletics center in Canada for the eighth and final day of the Invictus Games. The trio watched the final basketball game and was seen laughing and chatting, E! News reported.
Meghan Markle's boyfriend donned a black Invictus Games polo shirt and jeans. Prince Harry had been rocking the same shirt multiple times throughout the week as the founder of the international paralympics multi-sport event. The royal sported the same shirt when he and the "Suits" star made their first public appearance as a couple during the event. Meanwhile, the Bidens looked chic in their blazers.
A day prior, Prince Harry was also spotted with former U.S. president Barack Obama. The duo watched the wheelchair basketball game and were photographed happily chatting. In one photo, the pair were grinning, visibly enjoying their conversation.
Obama took to Twitter later that day and expressed his support for team USA. "Proud to cheer on Team USA at the Invictus Games today with my friend Joe. You represent the best of our country," the former POTUS wrote.
Despite, Prince Harry's busy schedule during the Invictus Games, he also made sure to spend some quality time with his girlfriend. In fact, he visited Markle on the set of USA Network's "Suits." The "When Sparks Fly" actress gave her beau a tour around the set and introduced him to her co-stars and the crew. "He was super low-key, met some crew and was so happy to watch his lady. He's incredibly supportive of her work," a source said of the prince's visit.
Although Prince Harry appears to be very supportive of Markle's career, some believe that she will eventually quit acting if she marries him. In fact, some members of the crew have already predicted her departure from the series.
"No one gets the impression she's staying on the show much longer," an insider said. "They believe she's going to marry Harry." Another source added that her leaving the show "boils down to security issues."
Speaking of Markle's security, NBC Universal has just heightened the star's security protocol. The network gave her round-the-clock protection while Prince Harry is in Toronto.
