Prince Harry, Meghan ‘Trying For Baby’; Name Won’t Be Arthur Or Albert

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may already be trying to get pregnant.

A source told US Weekly that the royal couple is trying to have a baby as soon as possible.

“They both want a big family, at least three kids,” the source said. Markle is also starting to feel more settled in her new role as a royal and as Prince Harry’s wife, that’s why they are already talking about having kids.

Rumors surrounding the Duchess of Sussex’s pregnancy have been ripe ever since she sported a blue Jason Wu dress at an event. Royal fans noted that Markle’s abdomen looked enlarged, but it was probably just because her dress had huge ruffles.

According to Cosmopolitan, it is highly unlikely for the former actress to be pregnant right now because she will be heading to her first overseas tour with Prince Harry on Oct. 16. Markle will also visit a country that’s being plagued by Zika virus, so it will be unsafe for her and her unborn baby if she’s pregnant at the moment.

But regardless of when Prince Harry and Markle will decide to get pregnant, it seems that they will never consider giving their future son the name Albert or Arthur. Lucy Devine, a journalist for The Sun, said that this is because of the late Princess Diana.

In Andrew Morton’s book, “Diana: Her True Story – In Her Own Words,” the Princess of Wales shared why she picked William and Harry for her sons.

“I chose the names William and Harry because the alternative was Arthur or Albert. No thank you. There weren’t fights over it. It was just a fait accompli,” she said.

Also, in the book, Princess Diana revealed that she and Prince Charles stayed close until six weeks before the Duke of Sussex was born.

“Then suddenly as Harry was born it just went bang, our marriage, the whole thing went down the drain. I knew Harry was going to be a boy because I saw the scan. Charles always wanted a girl. Harry arrived, Harry had red hair, Harry was a boy…” she said.
