Prince Harry, Meghan's Baby Could Go Bald Before Prince Louis, Odds Suggest
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s baby could go bald even before their cousin, Prince Louis, punters have claimed.
Katie Baylis, PR manager at Betfair, told Express that there is a surge in bets pitting Prince Harry and Markle’s baby against Prince Louis. And one of the most popular bets has to do with who will go bald first. Baylis said that there are reasons why this has become extremely popular among punters.
“Prince William’s current follicle status and the genetic implications of that would be a factor, although both William and Harry obviously have very similar genes. However, in addition, we know Louis is male whereas Harry and Meghan’s child is yet to be known, this also gives an advantage of Louis in balding first,” she explained.
Prince William started losing hair while he was in his late 20s. Prince Harry, on the other hand, experienced the thinning of his hair only in recent years. Dr. Shahmalak said that the thinning of Prince Harry’s hair has become more evident in the last two years.
“He is developing an appreciable bald spot around his crown and the thinning towards the front of his hairline is accelerating. There are significant gaps in the cover right across the top of his scalp. If he does nothing, he will go bald as his older brother over the next 10 years,” he said.
Meanwhile, Spencer Stevenson, a hair loss expert and the founder of SpexHair, told Express that Prince Harry’s hair loss may have affected him negatively just like how it would impact normal people. More specifically, the Duke of Sussex’s receding hairline may be the cause of some of his anxieties.
According to the expert, it is possible for Prince Harry to become paranoid that his thinning crown could make him less attractive especially since he’s always out in public. Men that suffer from hair loss also become anxious and scared because this suggests that their biological clock is ticking.
